Printer Troubleshooting

I'm having trouble printing from the network printer I've hired. How do I get it to print?

The first time a device is connected to a network (printers included) it needs details that allow it to communicate on your network. Your network administrator can assist with this or, alternatively call Hire Intelligence on 0845 600 7272 and we'd be delighted to help.

My rental printer was working fine but is now printing out blank sheers or faint text. How do I fix this?

There will probably be an on screen message saying “Maintenance Required” or “Toner Low'. If you see either of these messages please call Hire Intelligence on 0845 600 7272 and we'll resolve it for you right away
