    We now operate from 10 locations in three countries and provide solutions to tens of thousands of customers.

    Laptops

    Whether you’re looking to hire office laptops, business notebooks, mobile workstation computers or high-end laptop PCs, our range of laptops provide the perfect solution.

    Each of our laptops is integrated with business level Intel Processors and are manufactured by leading brands, including HP and Samsung.

    Desktop PCs

    PC hire is particularly popular, and our range of desktop PCs are available from top brands including Lenovo and Hewlett Packard. Each product is pre-tested, pre-configured and virus free.

    Our selection of PCs includes standard desktops, SFF, business PCs, high performance and touchscreen All-In-One systems.

    Our three-tiered system of desktop PCs offers a great deal of flexibility, with high-spec, mid-spec and entry level machines all available. Our entry level machines offer a highly impressive spec and one that cannot be matched by our competitors.

    All desktop PCs are supplied with a 19inch LCD monitor as standard, with upgrade options available if desired.

    Workstations

    Renting workstation hardware allows your desktop computer to be configured to your exact specifications. Workstations are available to hire by the day, week or month, adding a great deal of flexibility.

    Whatever you’re requirements; we can supply relevant cards which are fully compatible with your workstation.

    Each workstation can also be provided with your choice of Microsoft application software installed.

    iPads

    We offer a flexible range of rental options for iPads.

    Our range boasts 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th generation iPads, as well as iPad Air and iPad minis.

    Whether you’re looking for MacBook Pro notebooks, Apple Mac desktop PCs, iMac computers, Mac Pro Workstations or Mac Minis, we offer each of these on both a short and long-term hire basis. A range of LED cinema displays are also available.

    Our selection of dedicated servers are available on a short and long-term rental basis and come from leading brands such as Dell, IBM and HP.

  • What Are The Different Hire/Rental Options?

    We pride ourselves on offering a great deal of flexibility for our customers, that’s why we offer both short and long-term rentals.

  • What's the Process for Hiring Equipment on a Short-term Basis?

  • What's the Process for Hiring Equipment on a Long-term Basis?

    Our long-term hire plans work in a similar way to our short-term rentals.

    The start of the process is the same as short-term hire, however, our experienced sales team will make regular calls with you to make sure everything is running smoothly with your equipment.

    If you have hired your equipment for a year, or you wish for your rental to be collected, simply contact us and we will arrange for your equipment to be picked up as soon as possible.

  • Are There Any Terms And Conditions When Renting?

    We ask that each of our customers has either their own insurance cover or takes out a loss/damage waiver option when they come to purchase our products. This costs 10% of the overall rental fee.

  • Will I Need To Pay A Security Deposit When Hiring Equipment?

    The majority of our customers are not required to pay deposits when hiring equipment. However, we may request a deposit for first time rentals or for newly established businesses and private individuals.

  • What Happens If The Equipment Becomes Faulty During My Rental Period?

    We deal with any issues quickly and efficiently by fixing or repairing equipment as soon as possible.

    If your equipment breaks or becomes faulty, contact us immediately on 0345 600 7272.

  • What If I Break The Equipment During My Rental Period?

    If you accidentally break or damage the equipment during your rental period, we request that you take it to an authorised external repair centre. Alternatively, we can replace the equipment for you, but we do charge for this service.

  • How Can I Receive A Quick Quote?

    To receive a quick quote, simply fill in our form, located on the right hand side of each page on our website and submit your enquiry.

  • How Can I Order Items?

    You can order products in two ways – over the telephone or by using our order form.

  • How Can I order By Telephone?

    Simply call us on 0345 600 7272 and speak to one of our experienced team to discuss your IT, AV and electronic rental requirements.

  • How Can I Order Using The Hire Order Form?

    Our user-friendly hire order form enables you to fill in details outlining your exact requirements to make delivery simple, fast and effective.

    Follow our step-by-step guide below:

    1. Fill in the Products Required section using the drop-down options displayed.

    2. This will display a pop-up box that shows all available products, which you can view by using the scroll-down bar on the right hand side of this section

    3. You can also search for a particular category using the left hand side Category tab

    4. Select your chosen products and click on the Save & Continue button

    5. You can add more products to your order by clicking on the Add More tab at the top of the form:

    6. Continue filling in the details by selecting the rental start and completion dates using the calendar:

    Here you can also select the delivery method from the drop down list (see Delivery and Shipping for more information).

    7. The form will then request your personal and billing address details:

    8. Fill in the shipping information section and press Continue

    9. Once all the details are filled in, click Submit and your details will be sent to us

  • What Are the Opening Hours For The Web Order Department?

    Our web order opening times are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.

  • How Can I Order Outside Of These Hours?

    If you wish to place an order outside of these hours, we request you fill in an online order form. A member of the team will respond to your request during office hours.

  • Will Someone Talk Me Through My Order?

    Yes – when you come to select your products, one of our dedicated sales team will talk to you over the phone and guide you through your order requirements.

    Our team will talk you through:

    • How long you wish to rent your product/s for
    • When you would like them delivered
    • When you would like them collected
    • What you are using the equipment for

    It is also useful to have the following information to hand when it comes to speaking to the Hire Intelligence sales staff:

    • Company Registration number
    • Billing address of your credit card – if used for payment

About Our Delivery And Shipping Process

  • How Long Will My Delivery Take?

    If you live in areas surrounding the M25, you can expect to receive your delivery on the same day.

    The cut off time for overnight deliveries is 3pm (the day before you would like the equipment to be sent to you). If you are based in Central London you will receive your items within a couple of hours after placing an order.

    If you live in other areas outside of London you can expect to receive your equipment the next day.

  • Where Do We Deliver To?

    We deliver to anywhere in the UK, however, delivery to more remote areas (e.g. Scottish islands) will incur an additional fee.

    We also prefer that equipment is delivered to business addresses only.

  • Will I Need To Sign for the Delivery of My Items?

    Yes, we kindly request that all our equipment is signed for upon delivery.

  • What Happens If The Delivery Is Missed?

    If a delivery date and time has been arranged and the recipient fails to sign for the equipment, causing the delivery to be missed, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee to cover the cost.

    If for any reason the missed delivery is the fault of Hire Intelligence, we will endeavour to redeliver at the customer’s convenience.
