Printer Hire can mean a huge A3 multi-function device suitable for card, stickers, and larger paper, but sometimes printer hire just means a basic A4 black & white, normal paper printer…which is competitively priced and reasonably fast. These are the basic printers we offer. As always with Hire Intelligence all equipment is tested and from a leading brand.

SPECIFICATIONS for our two (similar) models:

• A4 black & white laser printer
• Up to 40 pages per minute
• 1200 x 1200 DPI resolution
• USB and network connectivity
• Wireless models available (although for reliability we recommend clients network, or use wired connection).

Hire Intelligence often supply printers alongside desktop PCs, or workstations, laptops, screens, monitors, tablets and other equipment. As always with Hire Intelligence you can rent a printer hire model for one day, or up to one year. The asset can be collected from our depots, delivered, or we can arrange installation and on-site support too (for different rates).

Note we can supply one printer up to around 100 hundred for a major project. If you need larger quantities, please do let us know during your first call, or on the online form.
