With a ‘quote request’ received, our team will be in touch to confirm volumes, location, & any additional requirements in terms of support, software and logistics. Once more details are confirmed, we’ll email through a final quote form.

Confirm
& reserve
If you’re happy with the final quote, confirm and reserve the equipment by making payment over the phone, or signing and emailing the form back to us.
Your chosen assets are then reserved for you, and relevant services scheduled, thus ensuring you get what you ordered, when it’s needed.
Receive
your goods
Our operations team will work from the completed booking, to ensure all assets are prepared, updated, tested, cleaned, packed and delivered to your exact specifications! Some clients collect from our depots, some require delivery, and some request delivery AND installation.

Return, or extend
We understand that flexibility is needed in business. This is why at the end of your agreed rental period, we give you the option to return, or extend the hire. If you extend a hire, you’ll be charged at the same rate as originally agreed.
